It is said that one way to ensure failure is to continue doing the same thing year after year and expecting a different result. We have started 23 with a determination to do things very differently and fill in any gaps wherever we may find them and it falls within our scope to do so. At CBI we believe that the only man who is blameless in an imperfect world is one who fails to see the imperfections, the rest are guilty of negligence if we don’t at least attempt to fix the imperfections we see.
